I had a root canal with Dr. Gideon .He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. He was careful and gentle.No pain! Everyone in the office was kind and professional. My husband also had a root canal today and felt the same as me.This was at the Dyer office.
Horrible experience! If I could rate zero stars, I definitely would. I called the office as a new patient needing an evaluation of a tooth. This would have been a very fast appointment, only an x ray and a quick look by the dentist. I was scheduled for today at noon. I arrived at 11:45 because I knew that there would be paperwork to fill out as a new patient. By noon I had turned in the paperwork and began waiting.
