Condescending receptionist, who was not wearing a mask herself, attacked me about not having a mask. Then tried to hand me a mask with her bare hands. Unsanitary and rude service. Go somewhere where the staff treats you with respect.
Your billing for services leaves a lot to be desired. Estimates for patient portion due, at time of service is not done very well. When asked if we overpaid, when should we expect a refund and was told a week to 10 days after Insurance payment was received. Now we call to inquire when is the refund coming and it's 4-6 weeks. Really? You've been paid and then some, but it'll be that long to get our money back? Ridiculous. Terrible service
