After years of braces as a teenager, I was disappointed when my teeth moved back when I stopped wearing my retainer. Traditional braces were not an option for me, so I thought I was stuck. I told Dr. Orlando about my situation, and he presented the perfect solution - Invisalign! Effectively, I wore a series of clear trays that straightened my teeth without anyone noticing. As an added bonus, I could not eat with my trays in. It curbed my snacking, and I lost weight! After my last tray, Dr. Orlando had me keep my trays so I could use them for bleaching and for retainers. He also put in a permanent retainer to prevent the shift from happening again. Dr. Orlando always provides me cost effective, timely solutions which put a smile on my face. Thank you!

Dr. Orlando has been my dentist ever since I moved to NY in 2006. He uses the latest techniques and approaches to give me the best dental care. He thoroughly explains what he recommends and why so that I can make an informed decision that fits my lifestyle. Anytime I have had more complex treatment done, he always calls or messages me after to see how I am doing. He is very thoughtful. I have referred several friends to Dr. O who have all had positive experiences.

I first met Dr Orlando when I was halfway through my orthodontic treatments. We discussed long term restorative treatment post orthodontics. I was not only impressed with his obvious passion for dentistry but his sense of compassion for his patients. Its not every day you find a great dentist who is honest, personable and really there to help his patients. I can't say enough good things about Dr Orlando and recommend him highly.
After my teeth moved into place, we were ready to start the implant process. The planning process was completely mapped out technically, it included full x-rays, scans, photographs, molds, and precise measurements to create the surgical guide. It was reassuring to have things so well planned, Dr. Orlando went over every single step of the procedure with me. He gave me prescriptions and instructions to follow post surgery.
I had three implants placed. At the start of the procedure he numbed the entire area which ironically was the only part of the procedure that I felt! I did not feel any pain during the surgery or placement of the implants. He checked on me frequently during the procedure. I felt a little pressure here and there but never any pain. After the procedure I took all prescriptions and followed his instructions exactly. Dr. Orlando followed up with me several times after the surgery (on the weekend!) just to make sure all was well. I did not have any pain or discomfort! He is an awesome dentist =)

I love the new office: very professional, beautifully appointed and customer-friendly. Having a medical background, I am very particular about who provides my care. I moved here three years ago and did what I thought was a careful search only to be disappointed. Back to square one, I went with something I trusted: a graduate of the University of Michigan - M Go Blue! I have not been disappointed. Frank Orlando is top-notch in every way. His technical ability is state-of-the-art thanks to his postgraduate training in addition to ongoing seminars. I couldn't be happier and know I am receiving the best care possible. He also happens to be a very nice man!

Dr. Orlando is one of the best dentist I've ever been to. Terrific modern office and staff. I've recommended Dr. Orlando to several people and they've all come back to me thanking me for recommending such a professional dentist. Dr. Orlando makes you feel comfortable and does spectacular work.

Dr. Orlando does beautiful crowns that are comfortable as well as aesthetically pleasing. I've never been with a dentist or a doctor who has such a great bedside manner. He is easy to talk to and easy to understand. He listens to your concerns and unlike most dentists, he doesn't try to force a lot of dental work on you that you're not comfortable doing.

Dr. Orlando was fantastic. I am a bit phobic, but he was super patient with me. He listened to my concerns, and he not only told me the step by step process of the procedure, he showed me the troubled area in my mouth with a special camera. Once we discussed the procedure, he also went through the fee and worked with me and my insurance on a payment structure I could afford. I really cannot say enough about Dr. Orlando. I will definitely be back!
