I had my first dental appt in a decade yesterday. Let me start by saying I was scared out of my mind, but the lovely staff at freeport dental was exemplary. They were gentle. They took their time with me and even put up with my diva-ish attitude. Thanks Dr. Ingles and Rachel You Rock

The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming! Amy our hygienist was great! It was my daughter's first time to the dentist they were very gentle and fun! Dr. Barnes was great too. :)

Do not go here! I was given a treatment plan up front. We paid up front in full. A week later I receive an additional bill. When I called to ask I was informed it was a billing over site on their end that charged for the wrong xray and want additional money. I was told they will continue to send me statements or send to Collections until paid. My original receipt has one X-ray description and price which again. Was paid for upfront. Confirmed appointment via phone call, when I got to the appointment, the staff advised my insurance wouldn’t cover treatment instead of telling me over the phone at time of confirming appointment. Very unorganized and unprofessional!! Do NOT recommend.
