RecommendedLost a filling and called as a new patient. Not to mention it was a holiday week so one less day for appointments. They were able to get me In the next morning!l with Dr Rushi!! Thank You.! Thank You! Then within 10 minutes called me back and had a cancellation and asked if I wanted to get a cleaning done and xrays so they knew what I needed for sure the next day!!! Staff is all very kind and it’s a very upbeat office!! You can tell they all enjoy their job and working there!!!! Thanks again. Excellent Care!!!
Dr Rushi and his staff were absolutely wonderful during my recent extraction and bone graft. They were very caring and continued to make sure I was comfortable and pain free during the entire procedure. How often is being in the dentist's chair a great way to begin the day? Lost a piece off a front tooth, was seen two days after I called for an appointment. Dr Rushi had it fixed in less than 15 minutes with zero discomfort. The results were great and the bill was small.
The staff is AMAZING! I had to unexpectedly spend about 6 hours here NYE Day and they made me feel so comfortable! The dentist (all of them) always explain things in a way I can understand and are so patient with my anxious questions! Janet, the receptionist, could tell I was worried about my coverage and did everything in her power to be sure I was taking full advantage of not only my insurance but also my CareCredit plan she literally saved my wallet! I called today, not a current patient at Freeport Dental, they fit me in for an emergency root canal!! Everyone I had contact with today was super friendly and professional! At one point, when discussing cost of the procedure with the financial person, I was in so much pain I couldn’t focus . . . She completely understood and gave me time to just deal with the pain.
