Omg excellent! Customer service from the hygienist to the dentist Dr Choksi at the Concord location...They made me comfortable and they were very knowledgeable, even let my daughter whom is studying to be a dentist sit in on my consult and treatment...The hygenist is very knowlegeable of her job and throughout each step she explained what she was doing and why....I love it! They were also very funny!!! which helped to lighten up the visit and keep my anxiety at bay...No one likes going to the dentist but I do now, not to men... read more

Everyone was extremely nice. I was a nervous Nelly and they made me feel very comfortable! The dentist was great with me as well, kept asking me if I was ok. I would recommend Friendly Dental Group of Concord!
I originally went to a dental office that I had been going to for a few years since moving to the area. I had a filling that fell out and needed it replaced. My dental office said it needed a root canal. They had already given me two over the past few years and I wasn't sure if I needed another one, or if it should cost so much. The staff is very friendly and the dentist makes you feel comfortable I'm not the kind of person that is comfortable with the dentist and he made me feel at ease!
