Incomplete Diagnostic Evaluation I presented with pain in a molar. Radiographs were obtained, and two diagnostic tests were performed to determine whether endodontic treatment was indicated. However, a cold pulp vitality test was not performed. After six visits with Dr. Hammond, I was referred to another dentist.
