I had been struggling with nagging lower back pain from a climbing injury for over 6 months and I had become discouraged that I wasn’t making much progress. Kim Mezzella and both Seirras were just amazing and knowledgeable. Customized compassionate consistent care from these ladies allowed me to recover in a supportive environment. I went from being in immense pain to being able to go back to work in a reasonable period of time. I learned sooo much from them and loved this experience. I’d highly recommend Kim to family and friends. Great people with a great passion for helping people get better.
I can honestly say that Hand and Ortho is the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well organized. Kim and Sierra are the best. They were always concerned about me and what I needed from a blanket to keep me warm or the exact exercises I needed to help me the most backing away from ones that caused extra pain. Dr. Matt Gubler and his team at Hand and Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists have done wonders for me. Their therapy helped my sore hip feel better. Then they worked on my left arm which is healing from a broken humerus. Dr. Gubler also is helping to heal my chronic migraine headaches with a technique called "dry needling." I've had a chronic neck and shoulder pain for awhile, but I worked with Jay Turcuato at the Draper location and have more flexibility in my left shoulder than I've had in a couple of years. It was a pleasant experience all around from making appointments, to check-in at the front desk, the treatment and therapy and paying the bill. I chose them on a recommendation from a friend, and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs PT in the future.
Jay and Boyd were amazing with my recovery process. I had foot and ankle surgery and Jay was able to work his magic during my visits to PT and got me up and walking again. The staff at Hand and Orthopedic are all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for any PT that you may need.
