Professional and caring approach, gentle treatment, experience was excellent.
Dr Hancock and his staff were extremely professional but at same time were very welcoming! In addition all were very efficient. There was no wasted time during the 30 or so minute visit.
Dr Hancock and his staff made the procedure almost enjoyable. He explained every step. I enjoyed the movie so much I nearly forgot I was having a root canal
The office personnel were so attentive. Dr. Hancock was reassuring and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He did exactly he said he was going to and now I no longer have a tooth ache.

OK, hyperbole aside, this is the best experience that can be had while needing dental work. While undergoing a root canal, I felt zero pain or discomfort over the course of two visits.From assessment to completion, Dr. Hancock and his team make an unfortunate need for dental work a better experience. Corbin, at reception, is friendly and thorough. Assisting Dr. Hancock, Anyia is efficient and attentive. And, the doctor himself is precise, gentle and steady handed. Many thanks to you all!
