Appointment was made next day after referral; was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. Everyone was friendly, professional, and concerned about my dental problem.
Dr Hancock and his amazing staff worked me into his busy Monday morning schedule for an evaluation of a painful, throbbing tooth. Dr Hancock discussed my options-extraction vs. root canal. By early afternoon, Dr Hancock began my root canal. One hour and 45 minutes later, I was walking out of his office pain free!!! I was at work the next morning at 7:45!! My first root canal or any kind of dental problem was handled flawlessly. The whole experience was better than I expected. Dr. Hancock is super gentle and kind. The office staff are perfect!
