OK, hyperbole aside, this is the best experience that can be had while needing dental work. While undergoing a root canal, I felt zero pain or discomfort over the course of two visits.From assessment to completion, Dr. Hancock and his team make an unfortunate need for dental work a better experience. Corbin, at reception, is friendly and thorough. Assisting Dr. Hancock, Anyia is efficient and attentive. And, the doctor himself is precise, gentle and steady handed. Many thanks to you all!

Dr. Hancock listens and puts patient comfort at the forefront. Facing a root canal can be intimidating, and Dr. Hancock has a calming approach. He discusses the options and shows the xrays, 3D images and takes time to explain everything, including what's unique or challenging about the target tooth. The doctor takes his time and is precise. His assistants are friendly and helpful. It was a smooth experience, about as pleasant as a dental visit can be!
He and his staff were friendly and professional. Upon looking at my tooth he presented multiple treatments and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I had decided on how to proceed he was able to get me in quickly and everything thing went well. His staff followed up with me by phone at each step to see how I was recovering. I would recommend his practice to anyone.
