Dr Hancock and his amazing staff worked me into his busy Monday morning schedule for an evaluation of a painful, throbbing tooth. Dr Hancock discussed my options-extraction vs. root canal. By early afternoon, Dr Hancock began my root canal. One hour and 45 minutes later, I was walking out of his office pain free!!! I was at work the next morning at 7:45!! My first root canal or any kind of dental problem was handled flawlessly. The whole experience was better than I expected. Dr. Hancock is super gentle and kind. The office staff are perfect!
Everyone was extremely professional and made my experience as comfortable as possible!! Loved that I could view a movie during the procedure! Great overall experience!!!
