Both the staff and Dr. Hancock were friendly and efficient. All my questions were answered with 3-D xray data and further explanation. I left with the information I needed to make a good dental decision for myself. I was also able to leave with a copy of the xray for an oral surgeon.
Dr. Hancock and his entire staff are very friendly and professional. They were all good at explaining everything that would be happening before, during and after the procedure. Most of all, it was ALL pain free!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!!
My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Hendrick to evaluate a tooth for a potential root canal. She called while I was in the dental chair and 3 hours later I was meeting with Dr. Hendrick. Unfortunately the tooth cannot be saved, but Dr. Hendrick's staff was awesome. I even had a phone call and a text to alert me to delay my arrival by 15 minutes because another patient had been late!
Very easy and comfortable root canal procedure with Dr Hancock. Almost went to sleep a couple times during the procedure.
Dr Hancock takes time to explain the procedure and what to expect when the procedure is over. He is personable and his staff are friendly and helpful. The procedure went well and my pain level was fairly low. I strongly recommend Dr Hancock.

Dr Hancock and his amazing staff worked me into his busy Monday morning schedule for an evaluation of a painful, throbbing tooth. Dr Hancock discussed my options-extraction vs. root canal. By early afternoon, Dr Hancock began my root canal. One hour and 45 minutes later, I was walking out of his office pain free!!! I was at work the next morning at 7:45!!
