Dr Hancock and his amazing staff worked me into his busy Monday morning schedule for an evaluation of a painful, throbbing tooth. Dr Hancock discussed my options-extraction vs. root canal. By early afternoon, Dr Hancock began my root canal. One hour and 45 minutes later, I was walking out of his office pain free!!! I was at work the next morning at 7:45!! My first root canal or any kind of dental problem was handled flawlessly. The whole experience was better than I expected. Dr. Hancock is super gentle and kind. The office staff are perfect!

Dr. Hancock was extremely patient and caring. He and his staff answered all my questions and explained the procedure in detail. Dr. Hancock also kept me informed during the root canal process and checked in with me frequently. All in all, an easier experience than I was anticipating. I will certainly recommend him.
