Great experience I want to first start off with complimenting Dr. Bachinski on a fantastic cavity filling. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to anything medical/dental related. She made the entire process for one, pain free, and two very informative. Each step of the process she made sure to keep me up to speed on what she was doing and her feedback after each step. I like my dentist The doctor and hygienists are all very nice, and skillful. Dr. Bachinski has pulled two of my teeth, and I have no complaints. They also seem to do well at estimating insurance payments. I have never been surprised by a big balance due.
When I can walk out of the dentist after my visit and say it was a good experience, that's a huge compliment. After having my teeth hurt for 3 days or so I made an appointment and was in right away to discover my pain is my sinuses and not my teeth. No one pressured me into another visit or wanted to schedule future treatments (cleanings, x-rays, etc.) and for that I am happy. I appreciate getting in right away and the honesty.
words can not describe how I feel about Hidden Lakes....starting with Dr. B. she is the most caring, professional, truthful, friendly and I could go on and on. All of her assistants have given me great care too. The receptionist's at check in and out are very knowledgeable with insurance and billing issues I have had. So yes I would reccomend Hidden Lakes to anyone. Keep up your great work in all you do.

Friendly, professional dentist office Love this office. Everyone is super nice and professional. Our schedule is accommodated and we rarely have to wait. My daughter is having orthodontic work done and we are very pleased. I highly recommend.
