Hate all dental visits, but they make it easier. I hate hate hate going to the dentist--any dentist, but Hidden Lakes Dental makes it ok. The front desk staff are friendly and fast with the paperwork. The hygienists are competent and personable. The dentists explain things clearly and a very careful to make sure that you are numb before they start to work. They do all they can to set me at ease.

My favorite dentist office yet. From the moment you check in the staff is polite and personable. This welcoming environment helps to quell any anxieties about visiting the dentist that you may have. More importantly though, I have been scheduling appointments with this office for almost 4 years and have never experienced a problem in any visit or with any procedure or treatment.
I was very happy with the service I received from my Dental Hygenist and my Dr. on Tuesday, 1/20/15. The explanations given were easy to follow and understand and they were very courteous.
Love this place and Dentists I called this morning with tooth pain and they immediately were able to fit me in right away. This has happend every time I have had an issue. Very accomidating. The receptionists and dental hygenists are very friendly --It feels like family. And I just love the dentists here! Dr. Crowl is awesome and I just also love Dr. Bachinski. She is very cool and knowledgeable and really spent time with me and was not in a hurry. I have been going here for about 4 years and I will not go anywhere else.
This was my first visit and I am very impressed. The upgrades to the technical aspects to my needs was helpful in the course of action taken to correct my problem.
Great place My daughter recently had exam and a filling done with Dr. B-she says the dr. "is very nice".
Wonderful Office and Staff Had a followup visit for a bridge I'm getting. Everyone is so nice, and Dr B is wonderful. I haven't ever had such good care before at a dental office.
