Poor communication. Increase on pricing randomly throughout treatment, you can’t go in with your child and you’re left with asking them for information. So frustrating that now, we all of a sudden have a $850 bill AFTER paying in full last October. SMH- heard BAD things about HLS before coming and should have listened. Too late now, they will make well over $5K from me.
Daughter had need for urgent attention with her hardware and the offices were closed for the holidays..i spoke with on call person - Dawn - she met us at the office, took care of the issue in no time. Can't be happier with the service especially when like most accidents this one happened when the offices are closed.
