I choose this office and so far I regret for the decision I made. When they glued that button in my daughter teeth were not cleaned and were sharp and scratched my daughter inside mouth, I was told that she will get used to it. Really? After they installed the Invisalign the staff explained very fast what she has to do just once and she didn’t even let her to practice at least once for the full mouth to put the Invisalign and the elastics and she told us that we can do it at home. Had braces as a teenager here - bite opened despite wearing my retainers. Trpkova insisted I needed braces again as an adult because my "jaw grew" and there was nothing she could have done to prevent it. My big mistake here was that I should have had my teeth done by a different orthodontist. A year later with full braces at 19-20 years old, my teeth were worse than were before. I wish I had shopped around more instead of coming here. My teeth aren't at all what she promised and when I mentioned that, she got irritated and brushed it off as though I didn't know anything. My retainer has popped off twice, which the second time she couldn't get me in for almost a week, so I had to pay someone else to do it. The next time I went to her she lectured me that I should not have gone elsewhere to get it fixed and charged extra to fix it. She's always running behind, is abrupt and over charges. not enough space for details. I still have a crooked tooth in the front that she insists is straight. I felt 'duped' into signing off even though I didn't get the results she promised. She glued 3/5 teeth to my bottom retainer. My top retainer was not done properly and broke. Instead of making a new one she cut the back off and said it would be fine.
