Horrible experience! Way over booked during COVID, and no precautions were taken as far as having 25+ people in the small waiting room. I had to ask if it were possible to wait in the car and be called... then we were finally called back, the dentist (female not sure her name) just started poking my child in the mouth with the instruments, I had to ask her to please explain to her (my child) what she was doing before or while she was doing it.... the staff was not so nice about me accompanying my 5 year old to X-ray, but d... read more
One of the most unprofessional Dentists I’ve been to. This is the 5th time I’ve taken my 4 yr old twins and each time has been worse and worse. So much lack of communication between the employees and all including Dr Carpio were so rude. When i decided to leave with my child AFTER he finished his treatment they threatened to call the police if i didn’t bring him back to be “officially released”. I have the right to choose, best dental office to my child, I want the best .
I heard my 4yr old yelling & crying in pain during procedure & they were just going to keep going but I took him out of there. They promised he would be calm with medicine and if not they would come get me but they didn’t ... I still had to pay $298 for medicine they gave him & have to find another place... I would never go there again...
The customer service/dental service is below average. My child had caps on her teeth within a week she woke up in with blood clots on her mouth,on her sheets,and on her clothes. I requested an emergency appointment at a specific time and the admin laughed at me. Imagine laughing at a frantic mother! They squeezed her in and when we took her the admin stated that it wasn't an emergency because her tooth wasn't hanging out of her mouth. About a few years ago, I️ came to get a Rootcanal done here. After my procedure I️ had the worst pain of my life. The doctor didn’t even prescribe me any kind of pain killers or antibiotics. I️ was swollen around my gums up to my nose. I️ came in for an emergency and they didn’t get to see me till an hour later. I️ was very disappointed and felt like they didn’t care that I️ was in severe pain. Worst experience of my life.
My son has been going here for years. I received a bill and was calling to inquire about the bill. Spoke with Audriana to get clarification about the bill. As soon as she explained the charges (which did not make sense) , she began to speak in a rude manner to me. "Can you take care of the payment now?!"
