I just had a recent visit for an exam and cleaning. It was a very positive experience. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hygienist was very professional, cheerful and continually checked how I was doing during visit. The Dentist was professional, warm and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Knollwood Dental!
Great Dentist Office. Always friendly, easy to get an appointment and usually very efficient. I don't spend hours in a waiting room, which I appreciate. They walked me through the process for my first filling, totally putting me at ease. I highly recommend them!
So I wonder if they still give out those gift cards for reviews if it’s a negative review. They have all the appointments in the world for lip injections but not for patients who clearly have a tooth emergency. They mis-scheduled my appointment to repair my tooth and instead of trying to repair it they were in a hurry to get me out of there. I was the last patient at 2PM then wanted me to wait until December to repair a tooth that has an exposed nerve.... sad very sad....
I never write reviews but right now I’m livid... so I’m new to this office and I had an appointment scheduled for this afternoon but I needed to reschedule it for either a later time or another day. I called Friday not knowing the office is closed that day. I didn’t realize that you have to call 24 hours prior to make changes. Seriously 50 dollar fee? Things happen! I’m not a big fan of the dentist but since I’ve started going to knollwood dental I haven’t had a bad experience the staff treated me well I was seen in a timely manner I would recommend knollwood dental group.
