Always enjoyable visiting Kootenai Family Dental. Carrie has great stories and is fun to talk to (when I get a chance to talk) I laughed at myself upon leaving the building yesterday. I likened my visit to my two dogs visiting the vet. My Lab is always excited to visit the vets office. My Beagle does not want to get out of the truck, I have to carry her in. I had to come in to fix one of my cavity fillings.‘I normally get very anxious when any work is done to my teeth. The assistant was beyond nice and talked me through the whole thing. The dentist was super gracious with me. I’ve been coming here for almost 7 years and love the experience every time.
I recently had a hygienist cleaning at Kootenai Family Dental. Nicole the hygienist was prompt, very efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We discussed some additional work to be done and she mentioned that she would speak with the Doctor and phone me with the recommendations. I received a phone call within several hours and had all my questions answered. All the staff have been friendly and professional. I highly recommend the clinic
I’ve only come to this place a couple of times, but I enjoy it every time! Definitely a homey atmosphere with great attitudes all around!

After putting off finding a local dentist for two years, I expected to feel a little guilt and shame at my first appointment. To my surprise, this team made me feel comfortable right away. They made me feel like they were happy to see me and like I had been coming regularly for years.
