Great service, friendly and knowledgeable people and excellent care. I have had experiences with dentists that have been great and terrible and Kootenai Family Dental falls in the excellent category. Alexis LaRose has high standards and it is evident in the care you recieve by her and by her staff.

You guys are awsome at what you do. On time, friendly, yet professional. You are very family oriented. Good work, and insurance is handled in a speedy manner. Good interaction with staff.
I was quite pleased with my reception and the time taken by the staff to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable and look forward to future visits (as much as one can when visiting a dentist - Ha Ha)
I have to say... I was very nervous for my appointment. Even though it was just fillings I was still a little skeptical. Maria, the hygienist, got me numb and calmed my nerves. The best part was when Dr. LaRose came in and explained everything in detail about what was going to happen and made me feel very secure and content. I relaxed with hand wax and laughs. KFD has something special about the way they work together as a team but also with their patients. I never once felt unwanted or a burden. Thank you KFD! You rock.
I was a new patient that went in for the very first time. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Dr Larose and her staff were great! Answered all my questions. Took extra time with me. I really appreciated their attitude and will go back.
As usual you guys did a great job! No pain!! When I was young I had some very bad experiences with dentists not getting me numb so I quit going because of that. You office has changed that for me!! Thank You!

Lot's of first's ! First time I was ever at a female Dentist. First time I ever had a female dentist sing in my ear. Guess what.... They sing or hum better than us guy's AND they are sure a lot prettier than us boy's. I didn't even have time to get sleepy before she said, We are done Robert ! I was very pleased with my visit. I have decided not to have anymore cavities....but if I do,I will come knocking.
