Your staff is very attentive to the customer's needs and very patient. Picking out glasses can be very difficult, with so many styles to choose from, but with your staff's help, the job got done.

I felt that I was not getting straight answers to my questions-- I felt that a great deal of time was spent working withe the I Pads used by all.
