Everyone is always very friendly and timing was great. I was very impressed with the updates in the technology and the way it changed things around. The new system seems to be working great.

While this is not the norm I did have to wait 45 minutes to see Dr. Lee for a yearly visit. He did address the wait saying there had been scheduling problems that day.Once in the room things went quickly.
