No, I would not recommend Lakeshore Dental. Ever since the new staff took over the Virginia Beach office, it hasn’t been the same. Dr. Patel is rough when he does procedures and is not really friendly. I still have a ache feeling in my tooth that Dr. Patel put a crown on. The new front office staff are a bit rude too. They don’t greet you and act like they don’t see you waiting at the window to check in or out. DO NOT GO HERE. They are money mongers. They do not care about you as a patient. First they will lie and say they can help you with your situation to get you into the door and to charge you a consult even if you have your x-rays. Then they will recommend unnecessary procedures. I came to this office because my oral surgeon was out for two weeks and they lied and said they could help me then after I got there the dentist looked at my teeth for two seconds and said oh I didn’t know you were coming here for this so I can’t help... read more

We strive to provide excellent service. We haven't charged you anything for consult. Sometimes we have to refer patients out to Surgeon if it beyond our expertise and you are in medical profession so you should understand that.
