The staff was tremendously nice, thorough, and informative. Everyone, from the receptionist down to the doctor was personable and helpful. Everyone let me know what they were doing every step of the way and explain every single piece of information to me in great detail so that I understood by the time I left the office what procedures were done and what future procedures were ahead. I would definitely recommend this specific location because the customer service and professionalism was exceptional!

Good people and informative so I recommend them
I just started going to Lane and Associate last Fall, and I’m so glad found it. All of the personnel are polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I’ve had my teeth cleaned and a crown on my tooth and had no pain at all.
Very professional and thorough service during my periodic (6 mo.) check up. Found an old cavity that needed attention due to the filling eroding and they addressed this immediately following the cleaning; did not require a separate, follow up appointment. They provided an explanation of each step to be taken prior to starting and conducted a review of all work and findings at the end.
