Nice, friendly, professional dental office.
I just had a consultation today with Dr. Cross and his assistant, Ms. B was very nice! I wasn’t in the best mood because I was waiting for quite a while as I watched people come and go. However, once Ms. B called me back, we started talking and I forgot all about the wait. It felt like I was talking to a friend, she was very kind and sweet.

I have been so afraid of coming to the dentist, but on my first visit to Lane, Rachel was so upbeat and reassuring, she made me not afraid to come back, and I am so glad I did. I am thrilled with the care I have received, and appreciate the compassionate staff.
I had a horrible experience at the office on Tryon Rd. I don't even know for sure if whoever the person was, is qualified for doing what with the screw up she did to my mouth!! She was supposed to be removing the root of one tooth, and she popped the nerve, causing me excruciating pain and suffering and ruined all of my teeth on top!!! Also, t had just had the top teeth filled, and when I returned and was x rayed, found out that the teeth that received the fillings were still cavities underneath!! I have been avoiding the dentist for years, and for absolutely no good reason at all. All of the staff at Lane and Associates, from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, and the dentist, were extremely kind and professional. They explained every procedure, and took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable and safe. I have no more fear of my appointments, and am looking forward to a great new dental start thanks to Dr. Hsu and Olga Roma, as well as others. Thank you Lane and Associates!
