Nice, friendly, professional dental office.
I just had a consultation today with Dr. Cross and his assistant, Ms. B was very nice! I wasn’t in the best mood because I was waiting for quite a while as I watched people come and go. However, once Ms. B called me back, we started talking and I forgot all about the wait. It felt like I was talking to a friend, she was very kind and sweet.
I’m at a Carolina Hurricanes game and notice Lane & Associates is everywhere sponsoring the arena. Which honestly made me laugh. Nothing says “trust us with your teeth” quite like seeing the logo while a guy in a Storm Surge jersey is double fisting beers two rows behind you. But weirdly… great decision. I switched over to Dr. Hsu at the Cary Tryon Rd. office and have been going there ever since. I have been so afraid of coming to the dentist, but on my first visit to Lane, Rachel was so upbeat and reassuring, she made me not afraid to come back, and I am so glad I did. I am thrilled with the care I have received, and appreciate the compassionate staff.
