From the moment I spoke with the receptionist, to walking through the door at my first appointment, this office has treated me so wonderfully and made me feel more than welcome. The dental hygienist who saw me for my cleaning today, remembered me (from my last visit, while pregnant), and asked how both me and me baby had been doing. Customer service goes a long way, and it’s evident here!
I called on a Thursday and spoke with Kendra to check on being seen for some discomfort . I was given an appointment for the next day which worked out great for my schedule! Kendra was eager to get me in to accommodate my schedule. I was given a call the day of my appointment to see if I would like to come in earlier which also worked out great!
