Mrs Karen and the rest of the staff were more than great to me on my visit!! Great service
Appointment was prompt with minimal waiting. Staff was knowledgeable and kind. Doctors listened to my concerns and fixed the problem. Office and bathrooms were clean!
Everyone was kind, caring and very thorough. The only thing I wish would be improved upon is the stairs at the annex building. I’m a senior with a knee injury and climbing up and down those stairs 4 times during my visit was very difficult. 24 hours later I’m back on bedrest and having to elevate my knee .just because of this. Door to the elevator was locked.
Shannon is the best!!!!! She rocks!
May took my appointment confirmation call and quickly realized that I suppose to be scheduled for a cleaning. She rescheduled my appointment for the same day and I was still able to see Dr Mac as expected. Outstanding work May, thanks! May scheduled me with a new hygienist (Chandra). I would only allow Jennifer to clean my teeth for many years but she is no longer with the practice. Chandra was excellent and beyond my expectations! My experience with Dr. Patel and her assistant was fantastic each and every time I come I am treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Dr. Patel knows that I’m a little scary patient and she handles me very carefully and make sure that I am comfortable and pain-free which I appreciate so much. Thank you Dr. Patel.
