Hello! My name is Crystal Quick. I received fantastic service at my appointment today. Dr. Hastie has been my dentist since 2020 and has been an excellent dentist at all my visits. Honestly as a matter of fact, he's been one of the best dentists I've had in a very long time. Well it's been ever since going to UNC school of Denistry probably around 35 years ago. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! They make you feel extremely comfortable and keep you updated every step of the way. My hygienist Jetz is amazing and so so sweet! Hoping I get her every time I go! Great place, so glad I decided to make this my dentist!
I always enjoy my visit to Lane and Associates to see my dental Hygienist Maggie Smith, she is so easy and takes time to explain any questions I may have about my dental needs in flossing or dental care. The staff is always helpful and friendly .
This staff was excellent to my children today! Dr. Neitzy and Helen were excellent with my 4 year old! I made appointments for the entire family with Renee before leaving! This is exactly how customer service should be done....
