I love the Dentist here. He is excellent. The only thing I have against Lane and Associates is that they often run late. They almost had to cancel my appointment because when I walked in, they were behind. If it wasn't for this man, who got fed up, he gave me his appointment. I got done what I needed to do today. As far as that, you couldn't find a better Dentist and staff. I love it when they answer the phone, they say, "Hi, Lane and Associates, how can I make you smile today?" It was a great experience for my first time. The nurses are really nice and they talk you through everything.
My appointment started on time which allowed me to stick to my work schedule for the day. I was greeted promptly upon entering and the environment in the lobby was clean and serene. Donna (my hygienist), the team and Dr. Vice were very thorough and professional and were great at explaining each step and what was going on with my dental health. I will definitely come back for my next visit.
