Once again I had the most excellent experience at the dentist a big giant shout out for Lakin dr. Patel k and last but certainly not least chellie..... chellie took so much time today explaining everything to me in great detail this is the most knowledgeable staff I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.
Everyone at this office of awesome!! I love Dr Patel she is amazing.
Our family of 7 love this place. Everyone there is always so nice! They work well with the kids and have always been able to take care of our family’s needs. 2 of our family members ( 1 adult and 1 child) have had major dental procedures done here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sarah, Dedra, and Kelly are always willing to help us understand insurance, which can be difficult at times and always willing to help us find scheduled times for all our family to come. Dr.Patel and Kay have excellent bedside manners. They were both very courteous kind and professional. During the entire procedure they asked repeatedly about my well-being . I am always pleased with their services and will continue being a patient at Lane and Associates in Lillington.
