The dentist was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. The assistant needs more training. Her technique is very aggressive. She needs to be aware of what she is doing. With the vacuum hose, she often hit my gums on the bottom. When she attempted to remove the temporary crown, she was terrible. Extremely aggressive with the pliers. I even told her to slow down. Shelly is great! Please give her a raise! I don’t want anyone else cleaning my teeth.
My experience was better than any other facility I have been too. The staff acts in a proper and etiquette manner, that made me feel very welcome. I would recommend Hygienist Shelly, as she treats everyone with the kindness and respect they deserve!
