I went there to get my tooth extracted by an oral surgeon on a certain day. The next thing I know the female worker was in the room with me and failed to give me the pink numbing gel so the Oral surgeon could come in and pull my tooth. When he came in the room, she was watching while he gave me the shot, but as soon as he stuck the needle in , I grabbed his arm because it hurt so bad. My appointment was timely and informative. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.
2nd time in 2 weeks and it was great again. They are so happy and friendly, and talk you through everything. Then even stop if you feel something not right. Thank you for making my experience a grate one!
