All the staff were polite & professional. I only had a short wait before being treated.
Kesha, the Lane & Associates Maysville office manager immediately addressed any issues of discomfort I felt following check in. Let me tell you. I was scared to death to get my wisdom teeth (4) pulled out. I opted for nitrous oxide and Ashley was phenomenal. She explained the process as well as the doctor. I wish I knew his name, taller gentleman. He explained the process as well. The numbing gel totally helps and I will say Ashley rubs your arm while your getting the injections and 10000% that helped me through the process. I would like to say thank you to the staff for the friendly environment.
I was treated very well as I always am. I have had a lot of dentist over the years and this is by far the best dentist office over ever came to. They are always sweet and understanding. They actually speak to you like humans and don’t just get hurry to get rid of you. Ashley helped me get my dentures done from the beginning to the end and was so awesome about the whole task. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I could ask her anything and show her the problem areas with my dentures.
Ashley did an AMAZING job for my son’s appointment. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable since he was incredibly nervous. She made his visit today 100 times better, and we are very thankful for Ashley!
