Karel is an excellent hygienist. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Vereli was so nice today and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I usually see Dr DeRosier who is great also. I’ve been coming to this practice for many, many years. Never disappointed and always get great dental care!
The dentist was great, the hygienist was great. The front desk did’t meet your excellent expectations. I had purchased the Lane Insurance but my name wasn’t spelled correctly. It was corrected but it took sometime and no apology was given for making the error. I made the appointment and I didn’t realize that if I failed to confirm that my appointment would be cancelled.
