Staff was very professional!
Everyone is so nice! I’ve had a phobia of dental work since a bad experience as a child and everyone was so respectful of that and very understanding! Would definitely recommend Lane & Associates!
Both dr white and Amber were AMAZING. I have a dentist phobia and they made me feel very comfortable AND heard AND not judged. Highly recommend both people and lane family in Richlands. This office NEVER disappoints

I like the calming atmosphere of this office. The staff are genuine and professional. I received my appointment within a day of my request. My experience is far superior than the majority of my dental history. I highly recommend this office!

I am so beyond grateful for the staff at this location of Lane dentistry. I had a crown come off at the end of the day and called them in a panic. The receptionist I spoke to was calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. She took me step by step and got me an appointment same day. Once I got in, Alicia got me through most of the process. I went to Lane and Associates to get some teeth pulled. Got me in quickly and was done immediately with no pain and wonderful staff. Couldn't be more pleased. Dr. WHITE WAS GREAT! Still have work to be done, but I've been very satisfied so far.
