If I could give ten stars I would. They are the best.
Everyone there was very nice and professional..but I must say Ms. Alicia was amazing. Very funny,friendly, I feel like I made a new friend. We just hit it off from the minute she said hello.
I love this place, they all make you feel so welcome and cared for. Had to have my first root canel and crown and was very nervous, they made it so easy and simple. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Being able to walk into an environment where the goal is to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and a priority is exactly what Lane and Associates in Richlands does. The Hygienist, Laura and Bailey are so kind and considerate. They engage with the clients to make them more comfortable. Wendy the dental assistant is always inquiring how to be helpful. Wonderful staff. I was super anxious but Alicia was amazing in making me feel comfortable. Dr. Bald was so nice and the front office girls couldn't be any nicer. Great experience.
Laura is the best Dental Hygienist I ever had .. so sweet and caring she knows I’m scared and anxious going to the dentist. I love her ♥️
Lanes Dentistry in Richlands NC has been the best dentist that I have found. Everyone is super friendly, they don't look down on you, they work very fast, and they're very helpful. I am very glad that I found them and I highly recommend them to anyone!!
Excellent practice! The staff is caring and friendly. Dr White is knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Would highly recommend this practice!
We love going here. Cleaning are great and they treat us like family. They are very informative and don't pressure procedures on you. The lady in the front are all do sweet. The gals in the back know what they are doing. Thank you all for making the dentist comfortable!
