My visit with Lane & Associates was excellent!. The staff wass super friendly and courteous. They were attentive and professional. My dentist Dr. Farhan, done a excellent job making me feel at ease and comfortable during my procedure. ( I had been to other dentist offices and had bad experiences) Dr. Forhan and his assistants Kate and Dawn, made me feel like i was appreciated and that they wanted me to come back, they were personable and i felt like I made some new friends! It was from the very beginning of knowing my fears about dentist you put me at ease and you never Whitby on doing anything until I was totally ready. I guess you could say it was a trust issue and you made sure I gained your trust. That was very very important to me.
