Today was my first visit, I immediately expressed how afraid I was of the dentist, Rachel soothed my anxiety by letting me know everything I was walking into, and that they would take baby steps with me to ensure I was ok, the staff was great ,X-ray tech was amazing!, overall great experience 10/10
This was my first time here and the entire experience was excellent! The receptionist and X-ray tech were kind and professional. Rachel the dental hygienist was kind, gentle, and explained everything ahead of time. Dr Piedmont was very friendly and thorough. I am afraid of going to the dentist but I will keep coming here regularly due to such great customer service.

Absolutely great!! Everyone was very friendly and very nice to me! The doctor and the dental hygienist were super nice and very friendly to me!! That makes a huge impact on the practice as to how friendly and nice the staff and doctors were. I loved it there and I will be making this dental office my regular dentist!!

Lane and associates makes your dental experience so comfortable! As soon as you walk through the doors you can see the professionalism in all of the staff, everyone is very friendly and polite. Brianna and Rachel are two of the most professional and caring dental hygienists. The doctors are top notch! My family and I highly recommend them and would only trust all of our dental needs in their hands.
Nastasia was very nice. She made me feel so comfortable. Rachel was the best cleaning my teeth. One front tooth was looking brown,, however when I left the office it wasn’t there. Thank you guys. These two ladies were awesome.
