Great customer service
I always enjoy coming into lane for dental work, I leave with a big smile every time Kristan and Marcia are always funny, warm, and welcoming, you can tell that they really care about their patients. Most of the people in the back are good too, but these two are really great. I think that they both deserve a big raise or at the very least a big bonus. They are both huge assets two your company.
