My 26 yr old son was charged twice on same date of service for preventative exam & prophy. He called them to make them aware of this and asked them to change this error. 6 mo later it still has not been adjusted. Now he went in for his second exam of the year and was billed for everything that was done. He’s been very stressed over this since he still has college loans he’s paying for monthly.
