Came in last week for two fillings on the right side. Came in a week later for a filling in the left side and after I paid I was told I didn't need it but then I needed a filling fixed on the right side so I was numbed again on the right side. Frustrated that it wasn't done the previous week when it was already numb.
Dr. White examined me but it was the worse service that I have ever received from a medical professional. She was not very polite and acted as if she did not want to do the examination. Not to mention when she was finished she just walked away. I was disappointed since this office was one that was recommended to me. I scheduled an appointment to have a crown put on but received a call from the office telling me that they were approving insurance before the appointment. Winston- Salem office -No one answers the phone or calls you back after many attempts to contact the billing department. Apparently, Courtney & Christine cannot be bothered with discussing an error. There was no deductible when I received my dental work in Jan 2021, it was paid in full. I got a bill in Dec 2021 for $30. I have called repeatedly to no avail. Its disgustingly unprofessional.
GREAT STAFF! I LOVE MY HYGIENIST EMILY! SHE IS AWESOME AND I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HER EVERY 6 MONTHS! LOVE THE DOCTORS AS WELL!
Dr Nichols was great! Tammie took my xray with ease and Emily did a great job cleaning my teeth! Such a great staff! Go see Lane and Associates!

I have been going here for almost 10 years now and my hygienist Emily is the best! She has always took care of me and I always enjoy seeing her and getting my teeth cleaned!
Emily is an incredible hygienist. She is super personable and funny. Tricia took an xray while I was there and was very gentle and sweet!!!!! I highly recommend this office.
Both my husband and I have high dental insurance. We only go for dental cleanings. Every single time, we get an astronomical bill. When we try to prove we do have insurance, they come back with higher bill. There is no way we can win. We are finding a new dentist.
