Both my husband and I have high dental insurance. We only go for dental cleanings. Every single time, we get an astronomical bill. When we try to prove we do have insurance, they come back with higher bill. There is no way we can win. We are finding a new dentist.

Horrible practice! This is a high volume practice that could care less about the patients all they want is your money and will do everything they can to use up your insurance by making you come back and not clustering what they can do in one visit. I went here twice to have to procedures done, the first was a root canal and a crown, I felt pain the entire time during the procedure because Dr. Sullivan did not numb me enough. New to the area, first time at this location. Dental assistant pushed me out before she had a chance to scrape all of the plaque off of my teeth because she had another patient waiting (even though I was called in 25 minutes after my appointment time). The dentist even told her that I still had plaque on my teeth and she took a look herself after the dentist left the room and said that it looked fine.
