I called to make an appointment and was given an appointment for 4 months out. I was not thrilled with the amount of time, but I took the date and time offered. The day of my appointment while I was in class, I received several calls from the dentist office. They canceled the appointment I had waited months for. There excuse was being short staffed. They offered me another appointment several months away. No thanks. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother making an appointment, they overbook all of the time. They just call... read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! My initial experience at L&A was fine. They were kind and took care of me. BUT fast forward to a few months later, I was receiving letters from their debt collector threatening to file a lawsuit against me for lack of payment.
