If you like the run around, repairs weekly, locked in to only seeing one orthodontist at one location and brackets falling off 24hours after a visit then this is the orthodontist for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere! You would think with all Dr Lane’s offices, there would be more flexibility in which Dr you see for repairs. It was very good. The dental hygienist was excellent. I want her each time to go.
Hygienist was great but doctor prescribed me medication I'm allergic to. They asked me at beginning of appointment but doctor prescribed it not looking at my allergies. My alert pharmacist caught it.
Great experience everytime. I have been a patient for years and I've always been pleased. Crystal J. is always so professional and completely the reason I continue to return every 6 months. She is fast, attentive, and listens to my concerns. Happy to have found this practice!
I went to Lane and associates because I like their service they’re very friendly and they give me good service but when the time came for me to make arrangements for my restorative dentistry, they told me how much my procedure would cost and I asked if there were any payment methods that I could use so that I wouldn’t have to pay it all at one time, the receptionist informed me that no there were no payment reference no payment plans that I could use And that I had to pay everything upfront when I did come for my restorative... read more
