The doctor was nice, but the staff was very unorganized and rude. When I went into surgery the nurses were unwelcoming. They gossiped while hooking me up to machines. It made me feel uneasy about the procedure. No financial information was provided, when asked. No call night before anesthesia.

I had been referred to this practice after my longtime dentist recommended me here to treat my tmj, when I called theybdont even wanna see you, they rather have you fill out a forum and recommend you to a pain specialist, I have a jaw that's severely hanging down on my rite side and a pain specialist isn't who I feel that I need to be seen by. When Meredith called me and gave me the recommendation I had asked her why and that's when she proceeded to hang up on me. teerible staff. Don't go here

Waited an hour. I was asked the same set of questions 3 times after filling out 5 pages of paper work- this was not our first visit. The appt was for my mother, who is elderly. She was extremely uncomfortable and was not treated with respect. After waiting and answering questions for nearly an hour and a half, putting her into an antiquated and uncomfortable chair, he examined her for less than three minutes. Scheduling an appt to have work done was impossible- rigid and ridiculous schedules.

Doctor was no show for two follow up appointments, so I never got to see him after having two surgeries. He will also talk to you with his eyes closed, showing zero respect for you. Office personnel will press you for full payment up front prior to surgery. I was told I could not be seen until the procedure was paid in full. Two days prior to surgery, the office lady calls to tell me about a payment plan they have available. A week earlier they denied existence of plan.
