I did them a favor and came in an hour early, because my doctor needed to change his schedule. They switched doctors without telling me. One that isn’t even on their website. Also, the day before, they called to confirm my appointment. They pulled up some other person’s appointment, not mine. The office staff is horrible. No confidence in this practice. I left. Do better. I left before seeing a doctor. If I get a bill, my lawyer will deal with it.

We apologize that you had to have your consultation switched from Dr. Johri to Dr. Kakar. Dr. Johri was called to see an emergency consult in the hospital. So therefore to accommodate you we switched your appointment with Dr. Kakar. Dr. Kakar is an excellent and highly trained surgeon from Cincinnati. The reason he is not on our website is that it's still being updated - His name should be on our website in the next few days.
I had the most awful experience at this oral surgery location. I was provided the incorrect information by a staff member and no one could justify the situation and make right. I was told about fasting/needing a ride for my visit and was all scheduled for my extraction. I took a full day off work, fasted for over 14 hours, made sure I had a reliable ride, only to get there and be told it was a consultation not my actual extraction. The practices primary focus is on getting paid for services upfront. You get heckled and embarrassed at every visit to pay the full amount even though you have provided them your insurance information. Then, they don't file with your insurance in a timely manner and place your deliquent account with a collection agency. Don't even try to explain anything to the office staff. They are rude and uncaring.
