She is horrible as a physician and person. Stay clear of her and her practice! Unable to maintain any type of professionalism, zero bed-side manner, and lacking knowledgeable on how to administer tests or give proper diagnosis. I was there for a manometry exam (not a fun exam at all), she was scolding me that I was the problem it was not going well, shoved the tube up my nose and down my throat roughly, used no numbing spray, had an inconclusive exam after 40 minutes. I rarely write bad review, but in this case I just must. I booked an appointment with Dr. Dubrovskaya via a booking site. 1-2 days before the appointment I received an automated call from her office telling me that I need to arrive to my appointment at least 15 mins earlier. I did. And then waited a whole hour for my appointed. I asked the receptionist several times why I am waiting so long, the only response I got was that the doctor was running late. Unfortunately I was running a little late to my appointment yesterday. I was unable to leave work on time and the trains weren't running as frequently since it was the middle of the day. I called the office to let them know I was running a little late and they told me there was a 15 minute grace period. I made it there in 16 minutes and the receptionist was just about to give me paperwork until one of the nurses called and told her they would not see me. I wanted to like this doctor as much as everyone else, but I don't feel like he did the best job for my problem. He ran some tests and prescribed a couple of medications, only after me probing, and after a week of not feeling any relief whatsoever he told me to wait a month before running other tests and possibility prescribing different medication. I arrived 2 minutes outside of the grace period and was turned away. I had called from the car to let them know about the terrible traffic. They waited until I arrived to let me know they cancelled my appt. I explained that I came into the city from my home an hour and half away just for this appt. I was in tears and asked that I speak with the dr to explain my situation. The receptionist said he was too busy to speak with me.

I had an endoscopy earlier this year and have been waiting 2 months for my biopsy results. I finally called the office and asked if my biopsy results ever came back and was told that yes, my results had arrived and that someone would call me back to discuss them. I'm still waiting for that call.
