I understand it was very short notice but I called to cancel my appointment because I was unable to arrive on time because of a work issue. The woman who answered the phone was nothing but rude and unprofessional!!!! Huffing and puffing and hanging up on a paying customer does not keep clients!!!!! I will not spend another dime here!!!!!
Where do I begin?! It started last year when they used up all of my coverage, without notice, so that I couldn't even get a biannual cleaning! Then they referred me to an oral surgeon for my root canal who was a hack and probably the worst experience of my life! After paying for my out of pocket costs, I ended up getting bill after bill after bill sent to my house.
