FYI...they're all about $$$. Took two weeks to get me in for a toothache, turned out to be a cavity THEY MISSED even though I go every six months. One root canal later (300 out of pocket, never told of other options such as an implant) which ended with a broken tooth, needed another appointment to assess implant versus crown extension. Took another month to get in (Feb 23rd), had to reschedule on my end (life happens), have to wait another month (march 23rd). I understand it was very short notice but I called to cancel my appointment because I was unable to arrive on time because of a work issue. The woman who answered the phone was nothing but rude and unprofessional!!!! Huffing and puffing and hanging up on a paying customer does not keep clients!!!!! I will not spend another dime here!!!!!
Where do I begin?! It started last year when they used up all of my coverage, without notice, so that I couldn't even get a biannual cleaning! Then they referred me to an oral surgeon for my root canal who was a hack and probably the worst experience of my life! After paying for my out of pocket costs, I ended up getting bill after bill after bill sent to my house.
