An unbelievable experience! Painless and seamless. Communication of the process and what I should be expecting/feeling was much appreciated. Makes going to the dentist easy!
Very professional, and friendly. I feel like I've known everyone for years! They make you as comfortable as possible when conducting work on your teeth (take it from one whose been scared of the dentist all his life 😁)
Dr Germaine is very caring and meticulous. He is respectful of my time and generally runs on schedule. I love how he walks me through the process before and during my visits. He was very concerned about a possible future problem and sent me to a specialist that I am very happy with. The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and they are flexible with changes that may pop up. I would recommend using this office to any of my friends and family.
The office staff is great and my family has grown to love them like family, and the dentist is terrific and he always does great work pain free
Where can I begin? First off Anna at the front desk is amazing! She tries so hard to accommodate the patients with their appointments. She is so easy to reach. And if there is a cancellation she will definitely reach out. The dental hygienist, Melissa, is so knowledgeable, pleasant and truly cares about your dental hygiene. And Dr Germaine is the best! He is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is down to earth, experienced and efficient. I can’t say enough about Dr Germaine and his staff. I actually enjoy going to my dentist!
I can’t say enough about the office staff and Dr. Germaine himself. The office staff is friendly and so accommodating and welcoming the moment you walk in the office! Dr Germaine is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to in my life and I am 54. I have been to numerous dentist in my lifetime and loyal to none until I was referred to and sat in Dr. Germaine’s chair!
