***This post was left BEFORE taking the State exam so that outcome doesn’t not effect this review*** If your looking for a upbeat and solid presentation on preparing for your real estate salesperson exam DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. How this class is registered by the state of Michigan to be considered teaching for a real estate sales person is beyond me. This is the best class i ever took, mr. Kevin is an amazing teacher and made the class fun, he is a great teacher because he explains patiently everything in details and examples. Its long hours but believe me it will run so fast because you will feel you want to lean more and more. To be honest mr Kevin made me understand more how to solve math, now i feel confident and eager to learn it. Thanks for this institute and i cant wait till i will take the next classes.
Very disappointed with my instructor, I had a few questions I need help with and said we needed to move on to the next topic, I asked if I could ask after class and said...and I qoute " I don't get paid overtime so if you have questions after 430 you need to bring your checkbook I need to get paid" this was said in front of the whole class! left that class half way through and will finish hopefully at another location
