Excellent school!
I cannot stress enough how grateful I am that someone suggested Michigan Institute of Real Estate to me to start my adventure in Real estate. Kevin has a way of even making the dry material quite interesting and entertaining. Quite honestly I was a little overwhelmed before class with the math involved but Kevin had some great tips and I felt like I really did get it. I haven’t taken my test yet (hopefully late next week) but if I fail it would be all on me. Kevin gave me all the tools to succeed.
Very impressed and I highly recommend Kevin if you are choosing a career in Real Estate or as a broker.

My finance and I took the class with Tim Green in Livonia. It was so amazing! We looked forward to it each Tuesday and Thursday because he made it so fun to learn! Thank you so much Tim Green and Michigan Institute of Real Estate for your time. Not to mention, we followed Tims system, took the test within a week of graduation, and both passed it on the first try! We took it in Dearborn.You should purchase the exam prep and begin studying at LEAST a week before the test.

I learned a lot in the Real Estate Salesperson class and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in real estate! Kevin is a great instructor and keeps the students engaged with stories, examples, and jokes. If you have a general interest in the subject, you won’t be bored at all.
